These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the arboriaxn.com portal, owned by Arboriaxn S.R.L. By using this site, you agree to comply with these terms.

The arboriaxn.com portal is a strictly informational website. It publishes educational content about real estate crowdlending, housing, industrial properties, apartments and urban environments in Bolivia.

The content of the portal does not constitute financial, legal, tax or real estate advice. Arboriaxn does not recommend specific transactions or the contracting of financial or real estate products. Consult duly authorized professionals before making any decision.
3. No fund collection
Arboriaxn does not collect or manage funds from the public, does not operate collective lending platforms and does not participate in actual real estate transactions. The content is educational in nature.
4. Permitted use
Access to the portal is free of charge. You may read, print and share links for personal or educational purposes, always citing the source.
5. Intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, unless applicable law mandates a different jurisdiction.
