At Arboriaxn S.R.L. ("Arboriaxn") we process the personal data of visitors to our portal and subscribers to our newsletter in accordance with the Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the applicable personal data protection provisions in force in 2026.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide by subscribing to the newsletter: name and email address. Additionally, and only when authorized through the cookie banner, we collect technical navigation data such as country, device type and pages visited.
3. Purpose
We use your personal data exclusively to send you the monthly Arboriaxn newsletter, to manage your subscription, to respond to inquiries related to our content and to carry out anonymous audience measurements that help us improve the site.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, specific and informed consent, given when you submit the subscription form and accept the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect.
5. Retention
We keep your data while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted within thirty (30) days, except where legal obligations require otherwise.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. Only technology providers acting as data processors (for example, email delivery and analytics services) handle them under contract and with appropriate security measures.
7. International transfers
Some providers are located outside Bolivia. In those cases, we require contractual and technical safeguards equivalent to those provided by Bolivian regulations in force.
8. Rights of data subjects
You may access, rectify, update, delete or object to the processing of your data by writing to hello@arboriaxn.com. We will respond within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
10. Minors
The portal is intended for users over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with data, we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legislative changes or service improvements. The current version will always be published at this same address with the date of last update.
