Arboriaxn is a Bolivian portal that is strictly informational. We do not offer financial products, we do not collect savings and we do not operate as an investment platform. Our goal is to make the vocabulary of the real estate sector more accessible to newcomers.
We publish guides, summaries and organized explanations so you can better understand the real estate landscape, from buying a family home in La Paz to industrial developments in Santa Cruz or apartment rentals in Cochabamba.
We are a Bolivian team dedicated to communicating, in simple language, how the real estate sector works and how new forms of collective financing linked to housing operate. We work from Santa Cruz de la Sierra and publish online since 2022.

Real estate crowdlending is a collective financing model in which several people lend money to make property-related projects possible: building homes, refurbishing buildings, expanding industrial plants or acquiring apartments for rent.
Unlike a traditional purchase, participants do not become owners of the property. Instead, they lend part of the capital and, when the project allows it, receive interest agreed in advance within a defined timeframe.
In Bolivia, this model coexists with traditional banks, cooperatives and investment funds. Here we describe it only in general and educational terms, without recommending any provider or operating any platform.
Every section of the portal is designed as a short, ordered read. Explore them in the order you prefer.
